Dining With Dad, Ohana Style (First Session)

Fire up your appetite and bring your best cooking game, Dad!

Inspired by the heartwarming recipes from Ohana Style, chef Sheldon Simeonʻs newest cookbook, this interactive cooking class invites kid-and-dad duos into the kitchen for an afternoon of flavor, fun, and a little friendly competition.

Working side by side with another duo you will learn how to create a ooey-gooey deluxe cheeseburger mac—rich, comforting, and packed with bold, local-style flavor—paired with a humble broccoli banchan that is so ‘ono, kids will want to eat their veggies. Along the way, you’ll pick-up kitchen tips, teamwork skills, and a few tricks Sheldonʻs picked up over the years to get dinner served quickly!

At the end of class, it’s game on: each team of four will present their finished dishes to chef Sheldon himself for judging. Expect laughs, a bit of friendly rivalry, and maybe even some bragging rights.
